Protein Ladder are three-color protein standard as prestained proteins covering a wide range of molecular weights from 6.5 to 270 kDa. Proteins are covalently coupled with a blue chromophore when separated on SDS-PAGE (Tris–Glycine Buffer). The ladders are supplied in the gel loading buffer and are ready to use.
