50 bp DNA Ladder (Dye Plus)

This marker consists of 10 double-stranded DNA fragments ranging from 50 to 500 bp in multiples of 50 bp, plus additional 600, 700, 800, 900, 1,000, and 1,500 bp fragments. The 300 and 600 bp fragments are brighter than the other fragments and serve as visible reference indicators; all other fragments appear with equal intensity on the gel. Since this product is premixed with loading dyes and glycerol, it is possible to use this product directly in agarose gel electrophoresis.
